Foreign Rights

David Paloma (Terrassa 1969) has a degree in Catalan Philology and is a Lecturer at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and at the Ramon Llull University. He regularly collaborates in literary magazines like Cavall Fort and Tretzevents, and some of the written media. He is currently writing his doctoral thesis on the model of Catalan language used in the soap operas on TV3. He has published three books of poetry in Catalan, for which he has been awarded prizes such as the "Ciutat d'Olot" (1990) and the "Miquel Martí Pol" (1992). In 1994, he won the "Cavall Fort" prize for his articles.
