Nayat Kaid Ferrón was born in Granada in 1975. She studied Drama at the Theatre Institute of Barcelona, graduated in Sociology at the UNED (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia), obtained a Master's degree in teaching compulsory secondary education and high school, vocational training and language teaching (English) at the Ramon Llull University of Barcelona, received artistic training in Brussels (Atelier Las Meninas), London (Central Saint Martins School), Tokyo (Temple University Japan Campus), Hong-Kong and at La Massana school in Barcelona. She currently works as a visual artist and children's author, putting her passion at the service of the illustrated albums she writes and illustrates.
