Inspector Cito, the detective who is famous throughout the world for his ingenuity and his love of Spanish omelette, works for the Department of Strange, Mysterious and Super Difficult Cases. He starts today in a bad mood, the chief hasn’t only interrupted his breakfast but orders him to teach a novice who has come from China. But the novice turns out to be quite useful as he solves the puzzle of the theft of some valuable golden cutlery: Has it got something to do with the traditions in his country of origin?
