Foreign Rights

Carlos Alfredo Serpas Saz (1972) is a Salvadorian civil engineer, singer-songwriter and writer. Since his beginnings in literature, he has won national awards for poetry, children's theatre and narrative; he has also won the Francisco Gavidia Central American Literature Award and the El Salvador National Children's Narrative Award. He has also been included in the book Narrativa salvadoreña Anthology, published by Alfaguara Infantil (now Loqueleo), being one of the youngest storytellers to be published in it.
