Isaac Rosa was born in Seville in 1974 and currently lives in Madrid. He is mainly a journalist and has worked for a wide range of newspapers, radios and magazines. In 2005 won, by surprise, Romulo Gallegos literay award with El vano ayer. The work was widely acclaimed by the critics. In 2007 he got readers recognitions in Spain and also latinamerica. In 2008 he won José Manuel Lara award and, in 2013, the Cálamo Award. He has also written scripts for graphic novels aimed to younger readers and for teenagers.
