Marta Gené Camps

Marta Gené Camps has been attracted to the art of storytelling since childhood. This fascination led her to study Audiovisual Communication in Barcelona's Pompeu Fabra University. Her fondness for journalism turned into a passion for cinema, leading her to a study a masters in film directing in Los Angeles' American Film Institute under a Fulbright scholarship. During this time she directed 5 short films, 2 of which were also scripted by her. She currently resides in Los Angeles, where she collaborates with Sony-Columbia on various studio projects for film and television. She won the Edebe Children’s award with "Sopa de cola de lagartija".
