Gutiérrez, Pablo
Pablo Gutiérrez was selected by Granta magazine as one of the best young narrators in Spanish, when he had barely published his first novel, Roses, remains of wings (La Fábrica, 2008), which received the Tormenta award for best new author. Later, he was awarded the RNE Critical Eye Award for the novel Nada es crucial (Lengua de Trapo, 2010), a work that was translated into French and Italian. Since then, he has not stopped publishing his works with great success, while teaching classes, giving conferences and participating in round tables. His first novel designed especially for the Young adult audience was Memoria de la chica azul. With Bergerac syndrome he has not only won the Premio Edebé of Young Adult Literature, but he wanted to pay tribute to his students.
